HEAT TREATMENT

• We have a continuous type Heat Treatment Automatic Plant with a capacity of 42 tons/Day, Numerous mistake-proofing systems are installed for in-process quality control with automatization, PLC control, and a SCADA recording system. This furnace gives our product minimized internal stresses, and grain structure refinement and improves mechanical as well as physical properties.

HEAT TREATMENT FOLLOWING PROCESS:

  (Quenchent as Oil)

• ISOTHERMAL ANNEALING

• STRESS RELIEVING

• NORMALISING

• ANNEALING

• Shot blasting processes are performed in our automated thumb last machines with a capacity of 1000 to 1200 Metric tons per month
