FORGING

• Hot forgings are manufactured with Belt Drop Hammers of 1 Metric Ton. The current installed capacity is about 200 Metric Tons per month.

• Forging Hammer are coupled with Induction heating with controls of Billet temperature within a specified limit with a accept/reject facility that transports only billets within a specified temperature to the forging station.
